Keeping your family safe during COVID-19

The safety of you and your family are of the upmost importance to me and I will be taking additional measures, in line with government advice, to ensure your safety while the SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 pandemic persists.

You can read the latest government advice here

Also, you can find collected information relevant to photographers summarised on The Association of Photographers website

To protect your family during this time, I will be doing the following:

  • Practising social distancing during my shoots, that is to say, keeping 2m apart or 1m with mitigation (e.g. PPE)
  • Wearing a face covering, visor or both where a shoot requires closer contact with the subject (e.g. newborns)
  • Conducting photoshoots for only 1 household at a time. This is in line with government guidance that no more than 2 households should occupy the Home Studio
  • Limiting Home Studio photoshoots to 4 participants maximum to ensure social distancing is possible
  • Providing hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities
  • Cleaning all props with antibacterial and antiviral products between shoots or removing them from use for 72 hours
  • Cleaning the Home Studio and facilities with antibacterial and antiviral products between each shoot
  • Ensuring the Home Studio is well ventilated
  • Maintaining a temporary record of clients and visitors to assist NHS Test & Trace for 21 days after each visit

We respectfully request that all clients refraining from attending the photoshoot if they present any of the following symptoms:

  • A new continuous cough
  • A high temperature
  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

  • Please note:

If COVID 19 government guidelines and restrictions mean we cannot carry out your photoshoot, we will Postpone or offer you an alternative photoshoot session.

If you have any further questions about any of the measures I will be taking, or any aspect of your photoshoot, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
